Ultrasonic knifes
Imagine a knife which moves itself backwards and forwards twenty thousand times a second. Cutting force reduces significantly and adhesion of cut materials is eliminated.
There are two types of ultrasonic knifes: hand knifes and knifes for automatized cutting. Hand knife is more universal and allows making figured cutting; guillotine knife is intended for operation in production lines and for automatized cutting of products to slices of specified size.

Advantages of ultrasonic knifes:
- cutting without waste material;
- possibility of cutting very slim slices;
- cut products don't deform;
- it's possible to make accurate cut through areas with different densities and consistencies for products with filling (cream, candied fruits, chocolate, nuts and so on);
- adhesion of products to a knife is eliminated that allows cutting such difficult for cutting products as pastry, nougat, marmalade and so on accurately and quickly (video-files cutting of confectionery and bakery products, cutting of rahat-lakoum).
