Our company develops and produces low-frequency systems of ultrasonic cleaning (washing) with enhanced cavitation level.

Ultrasonic system is intended for intense cleaning and degreasing of different details and products and also for presterilization of medical instruments.

Ultrasonic cleaning (washing) is one of the earliest industrial applications of ultra-sound. Objects to be cleaned are placed into bath with liquid, actuated by ultrasonic transducers. Liquid represents water, dissolvent, detergent, cleaning agent, chemical so-lutions with different concentration.

Cleaning of objects inside ultrasonic bath arises from several mechanisms. Cavitation and movement of liquid under radiation pressure result in carrying out of dirt particles from object surfaces. In some cases degreasing of surface occurs. Cavitation is the most powerful mechanism of action. Shock waves generated by cavitation are able to clean the smallest cavities in objects, that is impossible to realize by other methods.

Product line of ultrasonic cleaning equipment manufactured by our company:

  • ultrasonic baths made of stainless steel and titanium, standard and Custom items are supplied;
  • immersed and imbedded ultrasonic sources for using in Customer's tanks complete with ultrasonic generators.

Ultrasonic cleaning systems (baths) are based on high-Q piezoelectric transducers or on magnetostrictive transducers (emitters). Operating frequency of transducers is 22 kHz. Power of single transducer is from 150 to 5000 W.

Ultrasonic cleaning systems (baths) are equipped with digital controller included timer, heating control system and maintenance of washing liquid temperature system.

New! Indicator of frequency and sound pressure in ultrasonic band in liquid medium. Unit allows indicating presence of ultrasonic oscillations in liquid medium in 100-99000 Hz band and estimating sound pressure induced in medium.

I100-3/3. Volume is 40 liters. Control unit is separate, operating frequency is 44 kHz, power is 600 W.

I100-4. Volume is 9 liters. Control unit is separate, operating frequency is 22 kHz, power is 1600 W. Type of transducer - magnetostrictive.

In ultrasonic cleaning sets the following kinds of ultrasonic emitters are applied:

  • block immersed emitters I100-4/1 based on high-Q piezoelectric transducers. This model typical block has the following performances: operating frequency is 22 kHz, power is up to 2200 W, overall sizes are 660х150хh115 mm, block is completed with ultra-sonic generator I10-2.0
  • magnetostrictive transducers with emitting plate, power is from 2 to 4 kW, operating frequency is 22 kHz, emitting plate sizes are 300x300 mm; it can be made of stainless steel or titanium, transducer is completed with ultrasonic generators I10-2.0, I10-3.0, I10-4.0
  • rod-type magnetostrictive emitters with first and second (sonotrode) stages made of titanium, operating frequency is 22 kHz, power is from 630 to 5500 W, emitters are completed with corresponding generators

In 2011 ultrasonic set for cleaning in corrosive medium with power more than 90 kW have been produced and assembled in Novosibirsk for Institute of Nuclear Physics. 
Complete set consists of:
  • 2 baths made of stainless steel with overall sizes 6000x500x700 mm
  • 48 sets of equipment for ultrasonic cleaning consisted of immersed ultrasonic emitter based on piezoelectric transducers and ultrasonic generator; generators are made in 19" standard and installed in standard racks
  • emitters can be located at the bottom or at the sides of bath according to cleaning items configuration
  • heating system of cleaning medium
  • digital controller with heating system control and maintenance of preset temperature
Technical performances:
  • total power, including acoustic system and heating system - 110 kW
  • operating frequency - 22±10% kHz
  • type of ultrasonic emitter is immersed made of stainless steel based on piezoelectric transducers; power of single emitter is 2 kW
