Set of ultrasonic equipment I100-7/4 for embedding into packing lines.

Set of equipment is destined for ultrasonic welding of plastic taps (covers) with packets of tetrapack type (laminated cardboard packets of PURE-PAK or TETRA-REX type).

When changing sizes of sonotrode welding of other taps' (covers') sizes with other types of packing is possible.

Set is used by embedding into packing lines. Additionally digital controller for welding press I100-9 is supplied.

Set of equipment consists of:

1. Ultrasonic generator I10-1.5 with external control;
2. Ultrasonic magnetostrictive transducer;
3. Ultrasonic welding sonotrode.
