By ultrasonic welding units it's possible to pack finished products in semi-automatic (with hand supply of welded items) and automatic mode (unit of ultrasonic welding is assembled to production line).
Ultrasonic welding units allow obtaining joints of different configurations at any thermoplastic materials, allow welding together several details, it's possible to weld one material into another (for example to weld cap into bags or boxes) and do many others.

Ultrasonic welding comparing to thermal-welding, which is often used for packing of products, has a number of unquestionable advantages:
- economy which results from much smaller power consumption and no necessity to heat-up the instrument;
- no burned spots;
- accurate joint;
- smaller welding time.
Ultrasonic method of welding for packing items has exclude another methods long ago at many plants of food industry all over the world because of it's advantages.
